By accessing or using the AutoCSAT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

AutoCSAT provides an enterprise cybersecurity self-assessment platform for Nigerian financial institutions to track compliance, manage evidence, and submit regulatory reports (such as CBN CSAT). We provide the software as a service (SaaS) and do not act as an independent auditor, legal counsel, or regulatory body.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to breach or circumvent the security mechanisms of the Service.
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
- Share user credentials. Each account is for a single named user.
- Falsify assessment data with the intent to mislead regulators (though we do not actively police your data accuracy, you hold the liability for your submissions).

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Monthly or Annually). A valid payment method is required. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where expressly noted or required by law.

5. Data & Security

We take the security of your data extremely seriously. By using the Service, you also agree to our Data Processing terms. For detailed information on how we handle, store, and secure your data, please review our Security & Trust page and our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoCSAT, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) regulatory fines or penalties imposed on your institution. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect for significant changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
